I choose the topic of Indian Garments.It is too interesting to read about Indian Garments.

India has 28 states .Every state has its own dress-up style according to there state and custom.If we talk about Indian women dress-up style,we will get every state has different style of Sarees.There are lots of about garments,In the marriage occasions we are used to waer Lehngas,which is not wear all over the world.   

 Introduction:

Indian  garments  are extremely popular the world over.The garments industry in India is one of the best in the world. An extremely well organized sector, garment manufacturers, exporters, suppliers, stockists and wholesalers are the gateway to an extremely enterprising clothing and apparel industry in India.

Sarees: 

The Sari is one of the oldest forms of women’s fashion apparel in India which still endures as one of the most popular forms of clothing in India. The Sari reaches out to all strata of society in India and is the face of India to the world. A Saree is a beautiful draping garment and is worn with a blouse. This seamless piece of clothing is a highly sensual form of clothing.

 Salwar Suits are a traditional dress in  Indian garments .It started as an alternative dress form in Kashmir and Punjab, it has grown in popularity all over India and in all the muslim countries of the world.

There are many reasons of wear salwar suits,it is comfort,elegant,graceful,modest.Salwar can be worn in many styles. Styles keep changing with Trends. Recently big bottoms were in fashion and now short Kurtas are back in vogue.

In Indian garments Kurti and Tunic is very much in fashion these days. Kurti (Tunic/Top) is just a women’s top. Girls nowadays wear Kurti over jeans, Salwar, Pant, Capri and even a skirt. Indian Kurtis (Tunic/Tops) are accepted worldwide. Kurtis (Tunic/Top) look decent and sincere, versatile and stylish, trendy yet modest. Indian Kurtis will lend grace to any woman’s wardrobe. The men of this era are fashion conscious. There are different types of men’s wear like Indian and Western, formal and casual. The Indian market provides a wide range of men’s wear that caters to variant occasions and moods.

Dhoti and Kurta:

Ancient Indian fashion garments used on stitching although Indians knew about sewing.Most clothes were ready to wear as soon as they left the loom.The traditional Indian Dhoti,the Scarf or Uttariya,and the popular Turban are still visible India and continue to be part of Indian fashion.

Jodhpur footwear is famous throughout India.   Jodhpuri Jutis, this footwear can help give a royal touch to your dresses. It is usually worn  with traditional Indian dresses like Sherwanis, Achkans, Kurta-Pyjama, Jodhpuri suits, etc. They come in different colors and designs, and are normally hand crafted.
